TCB TRAINING
TCB Training is a membership which offers classes for you, at home. It is not surprising that the majority of class attendees are women. With the pressures put on the way we look and how our bodies should be, we feel obligated to spend hours in the gym, hundreds of pounds on class passes, and to what to end. Ask yourself, are you achieving your goals? Are you seeing the changes you want? Are you attending daily classes at your gym just to sweat and burn fat but never actually building muscles and creating that shape that you’ve always spoken about? “Toning up”. At TCB we have a more personal approach. Through smaller interactive classes we ensure each individual is looked after and accommodated. Our main goal is to educate and empower our members, acknowledging and celebrating the small wins, whether it’s a new personal best, mastering a new move, or just getting moving again, whatever this may be, we want to take you there. For us, fitness is more than just how you look, it is how you feel. We believe in creating our bodies for us and only us.
